The App is a general-purpose screening app that uses OSINT to screen applicants to volunteer positions (“Applicants”) within your organization.
You may not use the App if you are younger than 18. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
DDF makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, currency, quality, completeness, usefulness, performance, security, legality or suitability of the App or its Content. DDF is not responsible for errors, omissions, viruses, malware, or database destruction, except as required by law. The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Although the App is designed to effectively and accurately achieve results, you are ultimately responsible for analyzing these results and for making any decisions based on these results. You agree that any use of, or any reliance on, the App or the information retrieved, is at your sole risk. If you are not satisfied with the quality or service or App, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the App.
2. Privacy Policies
Your privacy is important to us, and DDF takes diligent efforts to secure privacy for your Content and personal information, but ultimately privacy is your responsibility. By using the App, you agree that DDF bears no liability for any violation of your privacy or the privacy of the Applicants, except as required by law.
Your contact information will not be shared with any other party without your consent.

You agree that DDF, and all other persons or entities involved in operating this App can log, record, transmit, monitor, retrieve, sort, and use your information for internal purposes.
We may send you electronic communications. You will only receive communications related to the App and its content, unless you have otherwise agreed to other communications.
3. Your Access
Access to the App is solely at the discretion of DDF and may be revoked at any time for any reason. DDF may, at its discretion, revoke your access to the App.
DDF reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. If the App is discontinued, you will no longer be able to access the information.
You will not disrupt the operation of the App by any method, including through use of viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, denial of service attacks, flooding or spamming, or any other computer code. You will not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the App. You will not use the App in any way that compromises the use or functionality of the App.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts or computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You shall not use any robot, scraper or other means to access the App for any purpose.
When using the App, information will be transmitted over a medium that may be beyond the control and jurisdiction of DDF and its information providers. Accordingly, DDF assumes no liability for or relating to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the App.
You may request the removal of your account in writing at any time by contacting DDF at email@example.com. We will comply, as reasonably possible, to comply with your request within 30 days.
5. Your Log In
You are responsible for securing your account. It is your responsibility to control access to your username and password, and to monitor and control access to your account.
You must promptly inform DDF if you believe your account or password has been compromised. If this has happened, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
DDF has the right to suspend your account if it believes it has been compromised, whether or not the compromise is a result of your negligence, willfulness, recklessness, or intent.
You agree that you shall be solely responsible for any damage to the App, any loss of data; or any unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of information obtained through the App by you, or anyone using your Log In.
7. Your Warranties and Representations
You warrant and represent that:
You will not use the App or information obtained from the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You will not use the App to harass, stalk, or bully, any persons.
You will not use the App to violate the copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of other persons.
To the fullest extent of the applicable law, you agree that DDF and its Affiliates, Officers, Employees, Agents, Suppliers, Third Party Partners, or Licensors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including damages from lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use or content) however caused, under any theory of liability including contract, tort, warranty, negligence, or otherwise, even if such parties were on actual or constructive notice as to the possibility of such damages.
9. Legal Actions: Arbitration, Choice of Law
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or the App shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in San Francisco, California, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the AAA does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim, you agree to arbitration before a body that has jurisdiction. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, your claim must be filed within one year after your claim arose.
The agreement to arbitrate does not extend to DDF’s claims against User or any of its representatives for theft of trade secrets, privacy violations, or computer fraud claims under the Computer Fraud Abuse Act or state laws. These claims may, at DDF’s discretion, be brought in the applicable state or federal court located in San Francisco, California. You agree that your violation of any other of these rights may cause irreparable harm to DDF, which may not compensable by monetary damage alone, and therefore you acknowledge that they may be entitled in injunctive relief. You shall be responsible for their attorneys’ fees in any successful cause of action brought under this paragraph.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, U.S.A, regardless of California choice of law analysis, except where the laws are governed by the United States.
10. Other Binding Provisions
In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
